The Brazilian steakhouse celebrated its original restaurant with a milestone event honoring the guests, team members and Orlando community behind its growth.
ORLANDO, FL, UNITED STATES, August 7, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Adega Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse celebrated the fifth anniversary of its original Orlando restaurant on August 5, marking five years of authentic Brazilian churrasco, tableside service and memorable occasions shared with the Central Florida community.
The milestone was commemorated with a special evening at Adega Gaucha Orlando, bringing the restaurant’s signature dining experience together with anniversary selections and live entertainment. The event served as both a celebration and a thank-you to the guests, employees and local community who have contributed to the restaurant’s story since it opened in 2021.
The anniversary experience featured more than 17 premium fire-roasted cuts served tableside by Gaucho chefs, including picanha, beef ribs, lamb and Wagyu Picanha. Guests also enjoyed more than 50 Gourmet Table selections, with paella and fresh oysters added for the occasion, along with a sparkling welcome toast, house-crafted desserts, a Chocolate Fountain and music from a live DJ.
More than a one-night event, the celebration reflected Adega Gaucha’s evolution from a single Brazilian steakhouse in Orlando into a growing hospitality brand with three Florida restaurants and a fourth location scheduled to open in Georgia.
“Orlando is where our story began, and this anniversary belongs to the guests and team members who helped us grow,” said Ricardo Oliveira, founder and CEO of Adega Gaucha. “Five years later, our purpose remains the same: to bring people together through exceptional food and genuine Brazilian hospitality. We are grateful for every celebration shared around our tables and excited for the next chapter.”
Since opening its doors in Orlando in 2021, Adega Gaucha has built its dining experience around the traditions of Southern Brazil. Premium meats are roasted over an open flame and served continuously at the table, while the expansive Gourmet Table brings together fresh salads, charcuterie, cheeses, hot dishes and Brazilian-inspired specialties.
The restaurant pairs authentic Brazilian churrasco with attentive service, a curated wine selection and a polished yet welcoming atmosphere. Over the past five years, the Orlando location has become a destination for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, family dinners, business gatherings and first-time visitors discovering Brazilian steakhouse dining in Central Florida.
Adega Gaucha Orlando has also received continued recognition from guests and the hospitality community. The restaurant earned OpenTable Diners’ Choice recognition in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice recognition from 2023 through 2025, and Best of Florida honors during the same four-year period.
The fifth anniversary arrives during a significant period of growth for the company. After expanding to Kissimmee and Deerfield Beach, Adega Gaucha is preparing to enter Georgia with a new restaurant in Dunwoody scheduled for December 2026. The expansion extends a journey that began in Orlando while maintaining the brand’s focus on fire-roasted cuisine, heartfelt service and experiences centered around the table.
Adega Gaucha Orlando is located at 8204 Crystal Clear Lane, Suite 1700, Orlando, Florida 32809, minutes from Orlando International Airport and major Central Florida attractions.
