Elaina Denhardt steps into a new role at NARS as the Vice President of Operations.
Previously serving as the AVP of Client Relations, Denhardt will now oversee the company’s claims operations. She succeeds Darlene Stevens, who retired in March following a successful career with NARS.
Denhardt joined NARS in 2013 in the Quality Assurance Department before transitioning into account management and leadership roles.

Known for her collaborative approach, listening and leadership skills, Denhardt has played a key role in strengthening client partnerships and driving communication between clients and operational teams throughout her tenure.
