The combined company will serve more than 2,000 hospitality properties across 75+ countries throughout North America, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. The transaction was supported by a strategic investment from Wavecrest Growth Partners (“Wavecrest”), a Boston-based growth equity firm focused on high-growth B2B software, AI, data, and technology-enabled services companies. Together, the combined platform connects the entire guest journey – from booking and pre-arrival planning to in-stay engagement and service delivery.
